Abstract. The article presents the proof of the uniqueness of the existence of the previously perfect fragment found and constructed by the author from 16 propositions in the traditional integral syllogistic of 50 basic propositions with different semantics. In the research, the method of exhaustive search was used with a significant limitation of the number of options by taking into account the content and syllogistic completeness of judgments in perfect fragments, as well as the use of self-generating and mutually generating derivation rules that take into account the requirements of syllogistic density and unambiguity of the results. The indicated rules are obtained on the basis of the semantic method for solving syllogisms proposed by the author earlier by calculating the resulting relations. Algorithms are presented and specific examples of calculations are given, as a result of which it was found that the set of perfect fragments of 16 propositions in the traditional integral syllogistic contains only one fragment. The prospects for further research are considered.
